The Role

• ✔ Customer Service: Assisting clients with our furniture range.
• ✔ Moving & Displaying: New furniture, suites, and homewares throughout our large showroom.
• ✔ Selling & Taking Orders: Using our dynamic POS, web platforms & delivery system.
• ✔ Teamwork: Coaching, learning, and supporting your team to achieve store goals and objectives together.
• ✔ Product Knowledge: Continual learning & providing advice on our extensive range of furniture and homewares.
• ✔ Problem Solving: Handling escalated queries and concerns in a way that leaves our customers feeling secure in our service.

You will have

• A modern energetic attitude with good experience having managed a sales team
• Knowledge and understanding of furniture or bulky goods retail
• Excellent customer service & verbal communication skills
• Good IT and website navigation skills
• An understanding of the importance of modern web platform solutions for internal and external communications
